There are four of these small rubber and metal bushings integral to the aluminum airbag retaining frame on 1994 and 1995 Porsche 993's. They are what suspend the horn pad and give it that "springy" feel.

Porsche does not offer these as a replacement part and the frame has been superceded by a number that requires purchasing a new airbag!

We don't think you should have to spend thousands of dollars just to keep your horn from honking, nor should you have to live with that toothpick or matchbook cover shoved in your horn pad.
