Coolant hose connector. Heavy Duty Aluminum version.

When asked about the weakest link in the 996/997 cooling system, many will quicky chime "water pump!" or "coolant reservoir!". In reality, it's this little connector. The Porsche engineers put this little plastic doo-dad to connect two hoses. Unfortunately, as the cars age, the plastic bemes brittle and they break with only the slightest touch.
