Main fuel line, rebuilt in-house at Zims.

3.2 Porsche 911 fuel lines are notorious for cracking and leaking, possibly leading to an engine fire.

Rebuild Process: All work is performed in house at Zims, not outsourced.

We take an existing fuel line and remove the rubber hoses.  The fittings and steel tubes are then carefully inspected for cracks, corrosion, dents and kinks.  Upon passing inspection, the steel tubes and fittings are cad plated and the rubber hoses are crimped on using OE Cohline collars and hose.  Once complete, the hose is stored in our warehouse, waiting for you to need it.  When we receive your core, the process begins again. 

We also offer R&R service if you want your specific fuel lines, but cannot offer cad plating as part of the service.  To keep costs low, we do our cad plating in batches, making it impossble to keep track of one individual fuel line.
