Power Steering Rack, Remanufactured, 928 82-90

795mm Rack w/23mm & 26mm ends.

The steering rack on your car may vary slightly, but all 928 racks are intechangeable. 
To ensure proper fitment, purchase a rack spacer kit and return what you do not use with your core. 

Remanufactured steering rack comes as a short rack with no tie rod assemblies.

Although not outlined in the factory shop manual to do so, the age of these vehicles dicatates that we STRONGLY recommend replacement of rack boots and reservoir. The reservior contains an integral filter which, if not replaced, can contaminate new power steering components and cause premature failure of your newly remanufactured component. Zims may not be able to offer warranty replacement if system contamination has occurred.
