Airbag Retaining Frame, 993/996/Boxster

Airbag retaining frame includes rubber horn spring bushings.

This is the late "shallow" version (bolts where the airbag attaches approx 15-20mm from rubber springs) The early "deep" version is 20-25mm from airbag attachment point to rubber springs.

The Porsche parts catalogs all clearly state that this frame should be used in 1996 and later applications. However, we have found on occasion that some 1996 model cars have the earlier, deep frame that is no longer available. If you have the early frame, see our individual bushings.
