The original plastic water transfer pipes on your Cayenne V8 can be a ticking time bomb!  
Porsche has ugraded to these aluminum tubes and you should as well.  

Kit comes with metal triple transfer tube, intake manifold gaskets, breather hose, support brackets, bushings, large transfer tube and adapter, short connector hose, clamps
