Bosch and Porsche made these pumps obsolete years ago, leaving all of us to scrounge for used fuel pumps to use or rebuild. For the last few years even those have been difficult to find.
Zims has come up with a solution to replace the very hard to find Bosch 0 580 970 001 (Porsche 901.608.105.00) MFI fuel pump.
Our brand new high quality fuel pump produces the proper pressures that the MFI system needs. Its compact size makes it very easy to mount and it is whisper quiet in its operation. The coolest thing of all...the price is half the cost of a rebuild!
No it does not look exactly like the old unit nor does it have the port for the return line like the original pump, but if you follow our simple instructions (included) it can easily be mounted, plumbed and working perfectly in a very short amount of time. Think about it, your MFI 911 moving under its own power and not leaking gas. Tears of joy, not tears from gas fumes, will flow down your cheeks as you are out carving the corners.
